Returns

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! When you receive your item, please examine it for defects or incorrect shipment problems (of colour, size, etc.). Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to be eligible for return. If you are generally not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 2 days of receiving the item by sending us an email at returns@stylefly.ca

After this 2-day period, we will not accept any returns or exchanges except on a case-by-case basis. Items purchased with a discount or code of 30% or more from original price are considered Final Sale and can be returned for exchange or store credit only.We will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) upon receiving your request for a return or exchange. Items postmarked after the 2-day notification period will be accepted for exchange or store credit only, no exceptions. Returns must be postmarked within 5 days of RAN being issued- any returns postmarked more than 5 days after RAN issuance will be accepted for store credit only, no exceptions. No returns will be processed without a valid RAN. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your order, you will receive a refund less shipping costs unless your order contained more than one item, in which case we will refund the full cost of the returned item. Please note that we cannot accept any courier shipments from outside Canada and that all international returns must be made through Postal Mail.

ALL security tags, protective wrapping, designer tags or cards, dust bags, and security labels must be intact. Used items will not be accepted.SORRY, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON HEALTH AND BEAUTY PRODUCTS.

You may exchange, return for store credit, or request a refund less all shipping charges if the item does not fall into an exception category above. If you purchased clothing and it is an incorrect size, we will gladly exchange it at no charge other than shipping costs. We encourage you to ask all sizing questions before purchase to avoid any disappointment!

STANDARD ANNUAL HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:

Our holiday policy is in effect from every year from Dec. 5 - 26th. Any items purchased within this time period are not restricted by our usual 2-day return policy.

Instead, our return time starts for all purchases on Dec. 27th, so requests for Return Authorization Numbers will be accepted until January 1st.After January 3rd, our regular return policy is back in effect (see FAQ for details).
