How will you ship my order?
All shipping will be done through Canada Post through your selected shipping method upon checkout, except for fragrances which we are required by law to ship via carrier such as UPS or Fedex. All orders will have confirmation and tracking numbers which will be e-mailed to the customer (except in the case of Air Mail, which does not have a tracking number issued). An "Order Completed" email is always sent to the customer with full tracking information as proof of shipment. Should delivery problems arise, we are happy to work with you in filing a claim against the carrier that caused the loss or damage. Please note that shipping time in days refers to business days. If you have a preference for a different shipping method not listed here, we would be happy to work with you provided you pay any and all additional costs arising from your chosen method. Please contact us at orders@stylefly.ca prior to making your purchase if you would like to request a different shipping method. Orders are shipped within 48 business hours of being received except in the case of backordered merchandise (please see below for details on out-of-stock items). top
Do you ship outside North America?
Yes! We accept international credit cards and the conversion from CDN$ will be done by your card-issuing bank. Please note that only countries appearing on the drop-down list at checkout are available for international purchases. top
What if there is a problem with my order?
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! When you receive your item, please examine it for defects or incorrect shipment problems (of colour, size, etc.). Defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to be eligible for return. If you are generally not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the item by sending us an email at returns@stylefly.ca .

After this 7-day period, we will not accept any returns or exchanges except on a case-by-case basis. PLEASE NOTE THAT ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT CODE OR DISCOUNT FROM ORIGINAL PRICE OF 30% OR MORE ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE AND WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER THE 7-DAY NOTIFICATION PERIOD ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY, NO EXCEPTIONS. ITEMS MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RAN BEING ISSUED- ITEMS POSTMARKED LATER THAN 7 DAYS AFTERWARDS WILL RECEIVE STORE CREDIT ONLY. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) upon receiving your request for a return or exchange. No returns will be processed without a valid RAN. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs will not be refunded. If you received free shipping on your order, you will receive a refund less shipping costs unless your order contained more than one item, in which case we will refund the full cost of the returned item.
ALL security tags, protective wrapping, designer tags or cards, dust bags, and security labels must be intact. Used items

You may exchange, return for store credit, or request a refund less all shipping charges. If you purchased clothing and it is an incorrect size, we will gladly exchange it at no charge. We encourage you to ask all sizing questions before purchase to avoid any disappointment! top

All of our merchandise is new and authentic. We do not sell fake/counterfeit merchandise or seconds/returns. We are authorized resellers of EVERY company we sell so you know that you are getting the quality you would expect from these designers.top
How can I pay for my order?
You may pay for your purchase using a valid credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover) through our secure checkout, or valid credit card/direct bank debit through Paypal. NO CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS STORED ON OUR SITE. In addition, we accept International Money Orders (Pink) from the USA. US Money Orders will not be accepted for orders totaling more than $150.00USD. Canadian buyers may also pay by Interac online debit. top
Will I be charged taxes on my order?
Sales Tax: Stylefly.ca charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site only within Canada . PST of 8% applies in Ontario and GST of 6% applies in Ontario and throughout the rest of Canada . All international orders are subject to any applicable taxes, duty, charges or tariffs for goods crossing the border. top
What happens if my item is out of stock?
From time to time, an item may sell out before our inventory is electronically updated. We try our very best to have everything shown on the site available for immediate shipping but sometimes we can't get to the database in time! In the event of your item being backordered, we will contact you with other options within that style and let you know the estimated wait time for your item. At that time, you may choose to wait for your item to be restocked or cancel your order without penalty. top
Do you offer a price-matching service?
We do price match, under the following conditions:
- Item must be in stock on the other website in the exact same size, colour, and quantity you want
- Total price must be lower than ours using the daily CDN-USD exchange rate as posted on www.xe.com
- You must contact us prior to placing your order and send the URL to the other site. Once we have verified the price, we will send you a specialized one-time-use coupon code to use for that item, to bring the prices into equilibrium. top
To shop online do I have to register?
No. You may create an account with Stylefly.ca in order to make online purchases and to enjoy other benefits such as our newsletter.
Registration gives you 24-hour shopping privileges and advance notices of Stylefly.ca promotions, plus the following additional benefits:
You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise.
You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. We'll keep track of the items you've already put in your shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. I have earned Stylepoints on past purchases. How do I use them?
- Make sure that you are logged in to your Stylefly account with your username and password
- Go to "Bonuses" on the right column. Here, it will show you how many bonus points you have, and ask you whether you'd like to convert it to a gift certificate.
- Once you have been emailed the electronic giftcard, make sure you save the number. If you'd like to use it towards a future purchase at any time, simply select "gift certificate" as method of payment when checking out, and enter that code. The system will then ask for your preferred payment method to pay for the part of the order not covered by the bonuses. top
