All shipping will be done through Canada Post through your selected shipping method upon checkout, except for fragrances which we are required by law to ship via carrier such as UPS or Fedex. All orders will have confirmation and tracking numbers which will be e-mailed to the customer (except in the case of Air Mail, which does not have a tracking number issued). An "Order Completed" email is always sent to the customer with full tracking information as proof of shipment. Should delivery problems arise, we are happy to work with you in filing a claim against the carrier that caused the loss or damage. Please note that shipping time in days refers to business days. If you have a preference for a different shipping method not listed here, we would be happy to work with you provided you pay any and all additional costs arising from your chosen method. Yes! We accept international credit cards and the conversion from CDN$ will be done by your card-issuing bank. Please note that only countries appearing on the drop-down list at checkout are available for international purchases. top
